Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a link to track your order. You can also enter the order name and your email in the box below to get the status of your shipment.
If you just received a shipment notification, please allow 1 to 2 business days for the tracking information to appear.
Tracking FAQ
We offer free worldwide tracked shipping. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped with a fully tracked courier service. Once dispatched, transit usually takes 3 to 10 business days.
Please note: Your order may split into multiple shipments when it includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item. If this occurs, you will receive tracking details for each separate shipment.
